- The Milling Video: We record the process of your specific grains being poured into the stone mill. This ensures there is no mixing, no “fillers,” and no adulteration.
- Zero Additives: Commercial mills often add “improvers,” bleaching agents, or anti-caking chemicals to make the flour look whiter and flow better. We use zero chemicals. It is just 100% wheat, exactly as nature intended. When you can see your food being made, you don’t have to worry about what’s hidden inside it.
